Directions

Boil the lentils for 5 minutes.

Empty the water and add 500ml of water.

Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add all the other ingredients and allow to cook on a low heat until all the ingredients are tender (takes about an hour or so).

Serve when thick.
