Directions
Coat bottom of frying pan with canola oil.
Chop onion and fry over medium heat until translucent.
Add all other ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until potatoes are beginning to brown, turning frequently.
Remove from heat and serve.
