Don't know where I heard about this sauce, but it's a great drizzle for vegetables.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
preferably raw

4 tablespoons water
cold
2 tablespoons honey
or Silan, from middle-eastern market

Directions

Measure all the ingredients into a bowl.

Whisk until smooth.

Use as a sauce to dress up grilled vegetables and other grilling purposes.
