Ingredients

1 each herring
boned, skinned, cut into 1 inch diagonal pieces

cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dill weed
dried, chopped

Directions

Mix everything except the fish together.

Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture over it.

Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
