Ingredients

7 ½ ounces salmon
drained, flaked
2 cups potatoes
diced, cooked
¼ cup celery
chopped
¼ cup milk
1 eggs

4 tablespoons chives
chopped
½ teaspoon lemon zest
grated

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well.

Press into a lightly greased 1½ quart baking dish.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 25 minutes or until set.

Serve with Creamy Dijon Sauce.
