Ingredients

14 pounds goose
Stuffing
2 cups water
½ cup wild rice
1 cup rice
½ cup onions
diced
1 can mandarin oranges

½ cup pine nuts
1 cup chestnuts

½ cup celery
diced
½ cube butter
*

Directions

Stuff goose, salt and pepper skin, prick well, and tent with tin foil.

Roast at 375℉ (190℃) F for 4 hours.

Remove tent and cook 30 minutes more.

Cook rice until done.

Sauté celery and onion in butter.

Mix all ingredients and stuff goose.

Looks like these instructions are backwards. Roast and then stuff??
