Directions
I'm not certain of the amount of ingredients.....but you can get a feel for it once you're making.
Boil potatoes until soft; drain potatoes and place in bowl.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise (mixed together).
Add tarragon, rosemary and parsley as needed.
