This is not your ordinary potato salad...which I don’t like. This is quite different and yummy!

EACH EACH RED SKINNED POTATOES
up to 10 potatoes, cubed *

CUP ML SOUR CREAM

CUP ML MAYONNAISE

X X TARRAGON LEAVES
as needed *

X X ROSEMARY LEAVES
as needed *

Directions

I’m not certain of the amount of ingredients.....but you can get a feel for it once you’re making.

Boil potatoes until soft; drain potatoes and place in bowl.

Add sour cream and mayonnaise (mixed together).

Add tarragon, rosemary and parsley as needed.
