These delicious and healthy chicken tenders are coated with pecans for a gluten-free twist!

Ingredients

CUPS ML PECANS
toasted

TEASPOON ML BASIL
dried *

EACH EACH CHICKEN BREASTS
cut into 12 strips

CUP ML HONEY MUSTARD *

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃).

In a food processor, grind pecans into fine crumbs.

Transfer pecans to a pie plate, or other shallow dish, and stir in basil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Rub each chicken strip with honey mustard, then coat with pecan mixture.

Place on a nonstick baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.

Bake until juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes.
