Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders
cut into 12 strips
Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃).
In a food processor, grind pecans into fine crumbs.
Transfer pecans to a pie plate, or other shallow dish, and stir in basil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Rub each chicken strip with honey mustard, then coat with pecan mixture.
Place on a nonstick baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Bake until juices run clear, about 15 to 20 minutes.
