Ingredients

1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup butter
or margarine
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
2 ¼ cups puffed wheat cereal

cup peanut butter
½ cup walnuts
chopped
½ cup coconut
*
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

In a saucepan combine sugar, butter, flour and milk.

Bring to a full boil; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients.

Drop the teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Makes 60 cookies.
