Ingredients

cottage cheese
ricotta cheese
cream cheese, softened
blue cheese, crumbled

Use any of the above, or combination thereof.

walnuts, minced & toasted
whole wheat bread, toasted
fresh pear, sprinkled with lemon juice

Directions

1) Combine the cheese’s & the walnuts. Mix well, & spread onto whole wheat toast.

2) arrange slices of pear on top, & serve.
