Super easy to make Cheddar Biscuits that use Bisquick baking mix.

CUP ML BUTTERMILK

CUP ML CHEDDAR CHEESE
old, sharp with lots of flavor *

TABLESPOONS ML BUTTER
melted
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML ITALIAN PARSLEY
fresh minced or dried
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML GARLIC POWDER
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML ONION POWDER

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit baking mix (homemade, see link below, or Bisquick), buttermilk and shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix together until just combined using a wooden spoon.

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and spoon onto a greased baking pan that will fit in your NuWave or FlavorWave oven. Flatten slightly if desired.

Bake in your NuWave oven at #8 setting until the biscuits begin to brown.

In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, garlic and onion powders and parsley.

Brush this mixture over the top of each biscuit.

Serve warm, 2 biscuits per serving for 6 servings or 3 biscuits per serving for 4.
