Preparation Instructions

Beat the egg until light and frothy. Add milk and mix well. Add bread cubes, smoked salmon, pepper, chili powder, onion, salt, and olive oil. Mix well. Put the mixture in a greased pan [4×3 inch].

Add butter, egg yolk, salt and pepper to the leftover prepared mashed potatoes. Then gradually add the rest of the milk until you have a spreadable mixture.

After that put potatoes mixture over the top of the bread mixture and spread it with a fork.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 220C degrees or until golden brown. Serve hot. Enjoy.
