Ingredients

½ teaspoon ginger
finely grated

soft
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice
brown vinegar

Directions

Grate the ginger very fine.

Combine all in a blender and purée until creamy.
