Toasty garlic bread is a quick-to-make addition to a meal.

TABLESPOONS ML BUTTER
softened

LARGE LARGE GARLIC CLOVES
crushed *
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML OREGANO
dried
1 ½ 7.5
TEASPOONS ML PARSLEY FLAKES *
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML SALT
or to taste
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML BLACK PEPPER
or to taste
½ 0.5
LOAF LOAF BREAD, ITALIAN
or French bread *

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Slice bread about ¾ inch thick.

Combine all other ingredients. Spread mixture on both sides of bread slices. Place slices on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 7 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
