Garlic Mushrooms on Toast
A modernized British classic breakfast. Mushrooms on toast with garlic in a creamy sauce. 11

rustic, thick-sliced, toasted
Heat butter and olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute longer or until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the sour cream and water, stirring until heated through.
Serve on the toast and garnish with the chives.
