Frozen Raspberry Mousse
This is one of the most refreshing desserts I've ever had. If you are feeling fancy, serve the mousse in little dark chocolate bowls.

Directions
Put raspberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl with automatic mixer.
Beat 15 minutes, volume will quadruple.
In separate bowl whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.
Fold into raspberry mixture.
Put in a serving dish and freeze. Will be ready the next day.
