Ingredients

3 each tomatoes
medium, *
½ cup scallions, spring or green onions
with tops, sliced
½ cup green bell peppers
2 tablespoons lime juice
or to taste
2 tablespoons cilantro
fresh, snipped

1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper
finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Tomatoes should be seeded and chopped (about 3 cups total)

Mix all ingredients.

Makes about 3½ cups Salsa.
