Fluffy Lemon Coffee-Cake
All over the world there are various coffee-cakes recipes. Some of them became a part of the traditional dishes. And my sister got one recently, which she discovered suddenly and I really liked it. It's fluffy and soft, it reveals itself in a wonderful lemon flavour...

Grease the coffee-cake's baking form by fat (the form should be 24-28cm in diameter and with a hole inside). Flour it and shake out the remains of flour.
Mix the flour with the baking-powder, baking soda and salt. Do it very carefully.
Furbish the lemon, because in the lemon skin there are a lot of chemical, which are very dangerous for human's health. After that grate the lemon skin, squeeze the juice in the teaspoon.
In a large bowl turn on the mixer activated in medium speed and mix the sugar and eggs. Put in the butter and mix it. Don't forget to do it very carefully and thoroughly. Spread vanilla sugar, then grated lemon skin, add lemon juice and mix everything.
By decelerating the speed mix up the flour and cream by rotation. Bulk the mixture into a baking form. Bake the coffee-cake in 180C about 40 minutes.
Then the coffee-cake is baked, you have to do the sauce to make the coffee-cake more delicious. Squeeze lemon into a small bowl, put in there powder sugar and a small egg's glair. Mix all the ingridients. Taste it, perhaps it needs sugar. Pour it over the coffee-cake.
