Ingredients

1 cup lentils
dried, cooked until soft, drain
1 pound green beans
boiled or steamed, not mushy
¼ cup peanuts
½ cup walnuts
chopped
2 cups onions
diced, sauted in oil
2 garlic cloves
sauted with onions

¼ cup peanut butter
unsweetened
salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

Blend it all in the food processor until smooth.

I do everything separately, then mix it all together because my food processor is not big enough to do it all at once.

Serve as a sandwich spread, or on crackers.
