or egg substitute *

X X GRAHAM CRACKERS/WAFERS
for crust *

Directions

Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients.

Blend until smooth and pour into crust.

Could add lemon juice and zest to make a lemony cheesecake.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).

Added one chopped banana to the mix and one sliced banana on top with a small caramel drizzle. Delicious!
