Ingredients

15 large eggs
1 cup water
1 teaspoon pickling spices

3 cups vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Hard boil eggs.

Remove shells and place eggs in a 2 quart sterilized jar.

Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over eggs.

Store 2 weeks in a cool place.
