Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake

Very simple easy make chocolate cake with 'OIL' n no condensed milk required ..... tastes delicious... must try!!!!

1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
maida, a wheat flour from India

1 cup milk Camera
1 cup powdered sugar
icing sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract Camera
1 tablespoon baking powder Camera
1 teaspoon baking soda Camera
¾ cup cocoa powder Camera
chocolate sauce
for topping, as needed, optional

½ cup vegetable oil Camera

Directions

In a bowl take milk add cocoa powder and sugar to it. Mix well. When sugar dissolves add baking powder and soda to it. Mix well. Keep aside for 5 min.

Meanwhile sieve the maida in another bowl twice Now in the first bowl of milk add vanilla essence and oil and mix well.

Add this solution to maida slowly simultanuously mix it well so that lumps are not form when a thick batter is formed transfer it into a well greased cake pan.

Preheat microwave oven for 10 min at 400℉ (200℃) F on micro+convection mode or on convection as you wish. Then put the cake in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Then change the mode to convection and bake it for another 3 minutes. You can bake your bake as per your microwave or oven timing.

Top it with chocolate sauce. Your eggless chocolate cake is ready.

It's good but the directions don't give much help. I kinda winged it while I was making it
