juice

CUP ML POTATOES

TABLESPOONS ML BASIL
chopped

Directions

In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices.

Add 1 cup of half and half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.

Stir in 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil.

Ladle into serving dish and garnish with fresh basil sprigs
