Simple recipe to accommodate Quinoa for a healthy hearty breakfast. Serves two people.

1/2 cup dry Quinoa
2 Cups Water
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 to 2 TBS Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 to 2 TBS Raisin

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 to 2 TBS Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 to 2 TBS Raisin

Directions

Step 1: Put 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pan with a capacity of 3 cups or more. Step 2: Wash the Quinoa, drain and pour it in the boiling water. Set heat to medium high (6) for 10 min. Step 3: When the volume of the quinoa has risen and absorbed most of the water, pour the Cinnamon in the pan and mix with a spoon. Set the heat to simmer for 5min or until all the water is absorbed (between 2-Lo) Step4: Remove the pan from the heat, mix in one to two tablespoons of Sweetened condensed milk along with the raisins*. Let cool up to 5 min. Final Step: pour the content of the pan in a breakfast bowl and ENJOY!!!

*you can use any dry fruit that you like (banana, coco nut, cranberry or a mix of them all)
