Directions
Arrange pieces of cookie dough on 2 large cookie sheets.
Bake according to package directions.
Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir whipped cream cheese, honey and lemon juice.
Spread some atop each cookie.
Top each cookie with a drained mandarin orange section.
