Ingredients

Parmesan cheese

tomato sauce

mozzarella cheese

Directions
Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Mix lightly. In a 10 x 6" loaf pan, shape loaf.
Bake 1½ to 2 hours.
Drain excess fat. Pour tomato sauce over loaf during last ½ hour of baking time.
Place Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
