Directions

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumber and tomatoes.

Add all the dressing ingredients directly into the bowl.

Toss gently until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

You may adjust the taste with more soy sauce, vinegar or sesame oil.

Serve.
