This is a very nice mushrooms recipe, very light and nutritional. It is also a good accompaniment too.

MEDIUM MEDIUM ONIONS
cut in half and sliced thin

TABLESPOON ML CHICKEN BROTH, LOW SALT
or vegetable broth

CUPS ML MUSHROOMS
whole small to medium crimini, Remove ends of mushroom stems and wipe clean if necessary *

MEDIUM MEDIUM GARLIC CLOVES
chopped *

TABLESPOON ML ROSEMARY LEAVES
chopped fresh

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon broth in a 10 to 12 inch stainless steel skillet.

Healthy Sauté onion for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring frequently.

While onions are cooking prepare rest of ingredients.

Add garlic, mushrooms and rosemary, and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.

Stir in port and simmer for about 4 more minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
