Directions
Melt butter, add next two ingredients, sauté until onion is tender and bacon is golden.
Drain well.
Arrange tomato over toast, top with bacon and onion and slice of cheese.
Place under hot grill until cheese has melted and becomes golden brown.
Serve hot.
