Directions
Sauté carrots, onions, and celery in peanut oil.
Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add spices.
Mix flour with cheese and add.
Stir until cheese melted and add sausages.
Add beer. Simmer.
Serve with homemade bread.
