Bayou Blast Creole Seasoning

 

A copycat of Emeril's famous "Bayou Blast" Creole seasoning. Great to jazz up many dishes.

Ingredients

1 tablespoons thyme

1 tablespoon oregano
*
1 tablespoon onion powder
*
1 tablespoon garlic powder
*
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
*
1 tablespoon black pepper
*
1 tablespoon salt
*
½ tablespoon paprika
*

Directions

  1. All all of the dried herbs, spices and seasonings to an air-tight container.

  2. Seal and shake to thoroughly combine.

Yields about 2/3 cup of creole seasoning. Will keep for up to six months stored in an air-tight container at room temperature.
