A copycat of Emeril’s famous “Bayou Blast” Creole seasoning. Great to jazz up many dishes.

TABLESPOON ML ONION POWDER *

TABLESPOON ML GARLIC POWDER *

TABLESPOON ML CAYENNE PEPPER *

TABLESPOON ML BLACK PEPPER *

TABLESPOON ML SALT *
½ 7.5
TABLESPOON ML PAPRIKA *

Directions

  1. All all of the dried herbs, spices and seasonings to an air-tight container.

  2. Seal and shake to thoroughly combine.

Yields about ⅔ cup of creole seasoning. Will keep for up to six months stored in an air-tight container at room temperature.
