Baked potatoes is and easy and quick dish to make, you can microwave the potatoes too, serve with some sour cream and freshly chopped chives or scallions.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃) degree.

Wrap the potatoes into foil paper, baking until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool until you can handle.

Split the potatoes with a knife, and top with 2 tablespoons of sour cream each potato, sprinkle some chives.

Serve warm.
