Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃) degree.
Wrap the potatoes into foil paper, baking until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool until you can handle.
Split the potatoes with a knife, and top with 2 tablespoons of sour cream each potato, sprinkle some chives.
Serve warm.
