Directions
Peel and devein shrimp, dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish .
Sprinkle garlic and parsley over top.
Pour oil over shrimp.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F, bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. (Do not overcook.)
