Another Garlic Soup Recipe

 

If you like a creamy garlic soup, you have to indulge yourself into this one that is simmered with tomatoes and served with croutons.

Ingredients

1 cup garlic
peeled & minced
1 tablespoon onions
chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
cups tomatoes
chopped
1 quart stock

1 x black pepper

1 x croutons
*

Directions

Combine garlic and onion in a bowl.

Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic and onion, saute; until soft.

Do not brown. Add chopped tomatoes and stir in well.

After a few minutes, stir in stock and pepper.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add salt if desired.

Serve with croutons.
