Aggression Cookies
Submitted by jc
Therapeutic oatmeal cookies where you squeeze, smash, and beat the dough to release stress: brown sugar, margarine, oats, and flour become tender cookies through aggression.

10 minREADY
20 minPile brown sugar, softened margarine, rolled oats, baking powder, and flour into a huge bowl and take out your day on it.
Squeeze it, smash it, beat it with your hands (the more aggression the better the cookies, supposedly).
Form into walnut-sized balls, flatten with a sugar-dipped glass, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes twelve to fifteen dozen, freezes beautifully for weeks, and provides excellent stress relief during the mixing process.
Kitchen Tips
- Use your hands to mix everything; the more you work the dough, the better it supposedly tastes
- Huge batch makes 12-15 dozen, perfect for sharing or freezing
- Flatten with glass bottom dipped in sugar to prevent sticking and add sparkle
