6 Minute Veggie Salad
Feel too lazy to cook? Try a quick delicious and refreshing salad, serve it with a few slices of crusty bread. A quick simple and tasty yet light meal within about 6 minutes.
In a large bowl, add romaine lettuce, celery, carrots, red onion and artichoke hearts.
Drizzle the artichoke marinade liquid over the veggies.
Toss until well coated and mixed.
Divide onto serving plates and enjoy.
Note: You can add cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet bell peppers or radishes, whatever fresh veggies you have on hand.
The artichoke marinade from the jar is a great salad dressing that we use to toss salad all the time.
