A great healthy chinese chicken. The heart-healthy walnuts add a great taste and texture to this low in fat dish.
Serve this rich and creamy shrimp over cooked rice, toast points or pasta.
Liked it a lot. It had all the Chinese flavours that we were looking for. I used boneless-skinliess chicken thighs instead of breasts, because that was what I had on hand at the moment. I'm sure the chicken breasts would be as tasty.
I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.
These ribs were the most delicious Chinese ribs ever. So much more meaty, juicy and tender than Chinese take-out. Give it a go, and you will be pleased.
Quick, easy and fuss-free. Made this dish for Sean's lunch yesterday, and he absolutely enjoyed it. Followed the recipe, and used some mixed frozen stir-fry veggies we bought from Costco, it was a wonderful combination.
Shrimp are stir fried with fresh vegetables and Chinese stir-fry sauce. Serve it with rice to make a complete meal. Quick, easy, tasty and packed with goodness.

This was very easy to prepare, but I would double the chili paste next time and add some "red" to it- i.e. red bell pepper or carrots.

Superb dish. I added Chinese veggies mix which contained bean sprouts, sherry was Spanish. Noodles were originally Chinese. Thanks very much, a photo is attached.
