Got this recipe from a friend in Wisconsin where provolone cheese is very popular. If you don't have the provolone feel free to substitute mozzarella for equally outstanding results.

The flavor was so good, we followed the recipe exactly, but you don't like too spicy, you can reduce the amount of the green chilis. The result will be still outstanding!
