This delicious and refreshing pasta salad is easy to put together, and it's best served after being chilled, perfect on a hot summer day!

Originating from the Castle Restaurant, Olean, NY, this house salad dressing was particularly famous. The restaurant closed in the mid-1980's. The recipe was created by Chef Anthony Quirino Lentola in the 1950's.

Salad greens, apple, cheddar, and toasted walnuts are tossed with a tasty honey vinaigrette.

Delicious and everyone who tried it absolutely loved the flavor and the texture of this salad. A winning dish.

Such a delicious salad, and it was so filling too. This was the side dish that we had with grilled salmon. Will recommend this recipe.
