Primavera Salad with Warm Dressing recipe

Arugula is most commonly employed in salads as in the infamous tricolor salad.

A spiced oil made with carrots, sweet bell peppers and red pepper flakes that can really spice up pasta or steamed vegetables.

Serve with lightly dressed salad greens, tossed with tomatoes, then finish with pineapple chunks spooned over yogurt.
