| 4 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless |
Stir dressing, parmesan cheese and seasoning.
Place chicken on grill or rack of broiler pan.
Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes, brush with half of sauce during last 3 minutes; turn and continue grilling or broiling 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Brush with remaining sauce during last 3 minutes.
