| 1 1/2 | pounds | ground meat | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 8 | ounces | tomato sauce | with onions |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | prepared mustard | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vinegar |
Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into loaf.
Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
