Very easy, love the one post clean-up and it turned out quite tasty. I added brown rice (one of the variations), used fresh garlic, reduced the salt and chopped up a poblano pepper instead of green pepper. It made for very hearty servings and was very economical, less than $2 per serving. Meaty and satisfying.
