Excellent and easy easy barbeque sauce that was handed down from my Grandmother.
A mixture of ricotta cheese, spinach and provolone cheese stuffed inside chicken breast and topped with a rich tomato sauce. Got this recipe from a friend in Wisconsin where provolone cheese is very popular. If you don't have the provolone feel free to substitute mozzarella for equally outstanding results.
Sesame oil, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, garlic and ginger make a succulent sauce that is perfect for marinating the tofu. Then cook tofu until crusted. Stir-fry with several fresh vegetables, and pour the delicious sauce to thicken up at the end. This Asian inspired stir-fry can be served with cooked rice, quinoa, or any your favorite grain.
I changed it up a bit by using both a red and green pepper and a can of stewed tomatoes. I cooked on low for a full 8 hours which made the meat extremely tender.
Didn't use pineapple, because I didn't have it on hand. But the chicken salad still came out succulent. My kids loved it. It was a great way to make my kids eat some veggies :)

This easy yet tasty recipe is a great way to maintain the texture of asparagus. Tender but still crispy. The Chinese seasoning including soy sauce, sichuan oil, garlic, ginger and rice vinegar really brings tons of flavour into the dish. Serve it with cooked brown rice to make a wholesome meal.

This kung pao tofu was very tasty. I used two green bell peppers and 1 red bell peppers. Didn't have oyster sauce, so I used housin sauce, and it worked deliciously well.
