Sourdough Coffee Cake recipe

Tofu can be super tasty, this recipe has proved it. I made this roasted tofu and asparagus recipe yesterday for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious.

These were delicious after a little bit of tweaking. I don't think I've ever made meatballs without some garlic, so I felt the need to add one large clove of minced along with a teaspoon of soy sauce, replacing the 1/2 teaspoon of salt, in the meat mixture...

Quite good and pretty spicy. I left out the mushrooms and cooked in a Dutch oven rather than the crockpot. I simmered it, covered, for about 1 hour 30 minutes. Would make this again. Thanks for sharing.
