Pork loin chops/10 recipes

Braising can turn a tough piece of meat into a tender, fall off the bone, comfort food. I can think of no better example than the classic dish osso buco, made from veal shanks.

Haven't tried it yet.

These were hit with the kids and adults!!

This is a flexible recipe, if you want, you can always add any your favorite meat, such as chicken, turkey with these tasty veggies.
