A great appetizer for hungry friends, this was a real hit at the 2012 New Year's Eve Celebration

Sweet and juicy cocktail or large cherry tomatoes roasted to concentrate their flavour and then stuffed with a mixture of parsley, garlic and olive oil. Simple yet bursting with fresh summer flavour.

Sweet and tangy sauce is great over these ribs! Boiling the ribs before they're baked saves time! I usually double the sauce for extra dipping!!!

Amazingly delicious yet simple recipe, I think this one can be played around with as a side to any dish!
