Quite tasty. The tahini dressing made the whole dish sing. We used arugula instead of spinach. Delicious!
Rehydrated Porcini mushrooms and parmesan cheese make these gnocchi taste cheesy, earthy and flavorful. Roast the gnocchi in the oven gives the nice flavor and texture. Serving them with the sauteed mushrooms and thymes.

Potato Pizza- Unexpectedly delicious!
This is a cheese enchilada casserole. Beans, cheese, onions, Mexican chile sauce (not very spicy) and corn tortillas are layered in a casserole and then it's baked in the oven until bubbly.
I put the heavy baking pan above the tofu for 2 hours, lots of water came out, that definitely helped tofu develop a firmer texture. I didn't use onion, instead used the scallions, also added some oyster sauce. Very tasty and easy to make.

These colorful, rich and gooey bars could not be simpler to prepare.

Sour, spicy and tangy – some of the flavours I’m especially biased towards. This is also good because I end up eating a variety of vegetables.
Paleo friendly. Tomatoes stuffed with beef, pesto and topped with an egg.
French cabbage and bean soup-- An aromatic classic from southwestern France.
It sounds weird, but it's really good! Not too unhealthy either. This only takes about 6 minutes to make. Great for a quick lunch for one!
So good, made these cheddar-onion corn muffins with mostly whole wheat flour and olive oil. Boy. oh boy, weren't they delicious! See the linked recipe below for the healthier version.
A very simple, yummy spaghetti recipe for anyone to make or enjoy! Serving sizes are half a cup each.
I like natural flavors of veggies without any seasoning inc. salt.. I often steam them and serve them as a side to other dishes.. sometimes they are tossed into the soup like in this example.. you may steam various veggies in various seasons of the year..
Thank you Martha Stewart! She says it's important to use pungent cheeses. Sharp white cheddar produces the smoothest result; yellow and extra sharp cheddars can become grainy. MAKE SURE to pay attention to the steps so your cheese doesn't curdle.
