Smooth, thick and creamy. If too thick use the firm silken tofu not the extra firm. After 2 hours the extra firm tofu makes the mousse have the consistency of butter cream icing.

It is really a great cheesecake, I did it at party with friends, they all loved it, it is very tasty!

This simple but delicious dish is perfect for dinner and it will satisfy both your tastebuds and hunger!

Takes about 45 min. to make, plus another 12 - 15 minutes to finish cooking. Makes a very chunky, hearty stew. Adding more water will make it a soup.
