This scrumptious pot roast is made with beef gravy and gingersnap cookies.

Loads of great flavour. I followed the recipe, and cooked the dish in my microwave (oven mode), and it came out delicious. Of course served it with basmati rice. To die for!

Raspberries and rhubarb in one tart means that one of the fruits must be frozen if locally produced products are to be used. This dish works well with either fresh or frozen berries or rhubarb. The reds and pinks are beautiful together and the flavours blend wonderfully.

This cold pie would be just the thing to serve on the Fourth Of July picnic.

A monkey apple bread. Half bread balls is filled with apple filling, the other half is sprinkled with apple filling, then dipped into melted butter. The aroma from the oven during the baking is absolutely divine, and the bread comes out addictive and delicious.
